Key companies which hire are L&T, IOCL, Wipro, Microsoft, Goldman Sacs, Facebook etc. The average salary figure for civil engineering is INR 8 lakh to INR 11 lakh per annum. For the core civil engineering company, the packages are INR 30 lakh to 40 lakh per annum. Almost all students which sit for placements get placed.

There are 14 hostels. Hostel fees are included in the college fees. There is no need for PGs as hostels are excellent. Food is of average. Cost per meal is INR 40. Wi-Fi speed is excellent ranging from 6-7 Mbps. Classroom, labs, and libraries all are good.

For the admission in IIT BHU(Varanasi) it is necessary for you to qualify the JEE MAIN entrance exam. For opting civil engineering cutoff rank for general category student were 5000 to 6500.

The daily routine is generally very busy, class start from 8:00 am to 12:00 am then from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Every week we have to submit one assignment. Quality of teaching is average. Method of teaching is same as in 12th. The overall experience is good till now.

The course fee is INR 2,21,000 per year for the general candidates and for OBC NCL category students fee is INR 55,000 per annum. There are various scholarship options available but it is generally for students from a low-income background. Almost 50% students get the scholarship. Loans are easily available from SBI bank which is present in the college.

There are many clubs such as robotics, aeromodelling, programming, dance, music etc. Cultural fest, Kashi yatra, Tech Fest, Technex Sports fest and Spardha is celebrated on the campuses. College life is good.
