I have done my internship from GSI. Many companies hire students from campus. The network of alumni is very strong. Every department tries to give placement to their students.

There are 14 hostels, 7 for girls and 7 for boys. Hostels are very good and hygienic. Hostel fee is INR 5000 per year. You have to pay for your meal every month. There are many PGs outside the campus. The average cost there is INR 5000 to INR 6000. There are many canteens in the campus. Their prices are affordable. The infrastructure of classrooms, labs, libraries, halls is very good. Wi-Fi is available in the campus and in the hostels.

One should complete B.sc. in respective subject in which he wants to do M.sc. Then he can apply for the entrance exam conducted by the university. The cutoff marks vary for each subject.

Normally the classes start at 10:30 am and finishes at 5:00 pm. There is a lunch break of 1 hour in between. Teachers are highly qualified and friendly. The teaching method is very good. They assign various projects and assignments for the development of students. Per semester there is a semester exam and one internal.

I paid INR 10,000 as my fee. There are many scholarships available for students. 9 out of 10 students get scholarships on an average. Study loans from different banks are available but mostly there is no need to take loan.

It is situated in the heart of Bhubaneswar city. There are many clubs on the campus. Many sports events, functions, cultural programs are conducted by the university every year. You can really enjoy your time here. One of the best university to study.
