College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Hostels are provided here. Hostel fees range from INR 50,000 to INR 2.5 lakh per annum. PGs and flats are available outside of the campuses which cost around INR 12,000 per month. Food offered are of average quality.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
A student should have a minimum of 70% of marks in his/her 12th Board to get the admission. One also has to write SRMJEEE entrance exam.
Academics and Faculty
Classes are conducted from 8 am to 5 pm. Quality of teaching is above average. My overall experience is average.
Fees and Scholarships
At SRM University Kanchipuram, My course fee is INR 2 lakh per annum. Scholarships are available to Board and entrance toppers. Approx of 10% students covers their scholarships. Loans are easily available.

There are many clubs a student can participate. Two main events on the campuses are Aarush and Milan. College, in general, is very good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : 60% of the intermediate score is the major eligibility criteria. The only entrance exam for admission in this college is SRMJEE. around 220marks are must to get qualified in SRMJEE.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The basic eligibility criteria to join SRMIST is you must have at least scored 65% aggregate in PCM in your 12th class. Secondly, you have to write the entrance exam conducted by SRM known as SRMJEEE. The cutoff marks cannot be predicted. However, if you get the counselling call letter and your rank falls in top 50%ile of the total students called then there are healthy chances that you'll get any desired branch.
