Internships are not provided by the college and one has to do it on his own. Placements are good for all branches especially CSE, IT, Mechanical and Mining with the average package around INR 4 lakhs per annum. 40% of students get placed every year. Strongest alumni network as it was established in 1951.
Hostels are available for both boys and girls. Food is affordable enough being a govt college. Quality of infrastructure is a bit poor and being improvised currently.
The student should have good percentage in 12th-grade and JEE Main is the entrance exam to get the admission in this college.
Class timings, projects, and exams are regularly held in this college. Teachers and professors are good. The overall experience of college is good.
The course fee is around INR 30,000 per annum. Govt scholarships are available annually on different grounds. 40-50 % category scholarships and 5-10 % others. Loans are not required as it also has a provision of IFWS seats allotted merit wise.
Societies, fests, and clubs are managed completely by students and not formal. We have annual and cultural fests annually. Life in college is average.

Academics & Faculty : The class timings are from 8am in the morning to 2 pm in the noon. There are no regular classes though labs are scheduled regularly. Students have to do more of self study here. The overall experience is good as we get a lot of free time to learn something new.
