There are many companies like TCS,HCL hire from our campus. Usually B.Tech students will be placed more than B.Sc students

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

There are many hostels in our college and hostel fee is around INR 90,000 per year. There are PG's outside the campus with less cost. The food is average but expensive

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Student should have minimum 75% scored in 12th standard board examination.

Academics and Faculty

The class timings depends on the course and will be according to the slots .The quality and method of teaching is not that good. Faculties are pretty weak with their concepts and method of teaching. The overall experience is okay

The course fee is around 50,000 INR per year . Scholarships are available for students whose parents annual income is less than INR 1LPA . Loans are availed through Indian Bank VIT branch

Clubs and Associations

There are many clubs like music clubs, tamil literature clubs, etc. The main festivals are Riviera and Gravitas . The college life is good

Entrance Exams & Admissions : A student should have passed with Mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum of 70% overall aggregate in Higher Secondary examination conducted by State or Central Board of Secondary or its equivalent examination. Candidates will be called for the counselling on their merit based as the aggregate of total marks secured in the 12th higher secondary examination. The result are published on VIT website. There was no entrance examination conducted for this course.
