Placements and Internships

Their is a lot of scope for internships during the course.The college has a well established Placement cell. Also a lot of well known companies come for campus placements.Also the students are approached by a lot of private individuals for internships.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

The school infrastruture is not as good as a private university but still it has a lot of facilities provided despite area constraints.We have well equipped labs and also a fully air conditioned library with a wide range of books.The canteen area is especially the highlight of our college.The auditorium is newly built and has the room to accomodate all its students at once.

Academics and Faculty

The course economics honours was started with our batch particularly and discontinued in 1 year so the faculty is not very good for the same but we have a very capable faculty for all the science courses. Also the college timmings are very flexible and not very hectic.Their is no regular assessment apart from some internal tests conducted for final evaluation.

Fees and Scholarships

There are no scholarships as such but the fees is very reasonble. Also the Delhi University provides some financial aid to students from backward classes and financially weak backgrounds.

Clubs and Associations

There are a lot of societies in the college covering all aspects like dramatics,art and craft,dancing,singing,social work,sports,debates,etc.But the only problem is that it gives an opportunity to only those students who already know it well and not to those who are interested in learning them.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee of Gargi College fee is very reasonable and students can afford it easily. Scholarship options provided by the college. The students can easily avail the bank loans and continue their studies.
