• Sree Vidyanikethan Institution is home to a growing body of alumni network from all walks of life, and the main objective of SVEI office of Development and Alumni relations is to continuously improve the standards of the college.
• Companies like WIPRO, ADP, Redpine Signals, Infosys, Microsoft, Convergys have recruited SVEC students through the Dream Offer with packages of more than Rs. 4 Lakhs per annum. Software companies that offer more than Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum are offered 'Dream status'.
• All the Core Companies are given 'Dream Offer' status regardless of the CTC offer which enables the students from core engineering branches to pursue the career in their own domain.

• Activities beyond the classroom: The entire college is brimming with activities beyond classroom such as seminars, workshops, symposiums, guest lectures, paper presentations and personality development programmes.
• The college has an air-conditioned Auditorium with 450 seating capacity wherein Seminars, Conferences, and Guest Lectures are arranged.
• Infrastructure facilities to match International standards with aesthetically designed modern buildings, State-Of-The-Art laboratories, well-stocked library with the digital facility. The College has an excellent learning environment. Centrally air-conditioned auditorium and seminar halls dedicated 6.5 Mbps Internet facilities and beautiful landscapes which enhance the ambiance of the campus. Central facilities such as Bank, the Internet with Wi-Fi facility Canteen, Transport, etc., are available.
• Meetings of the Governing Council and Heads of Institutions are held in the Conference Hall.
• The College Library is fully automated using SOUL package developed by the INFLIBNET of UGC. The library has 78493 Volumes, 13864 Title, and 154 National Journals.The Library is also equipped with Internet facility. The College library being a member of the Developing Library Network (DELNET) has access to the vast resources of the latter and also it is a member of British Council and American Library.
• Central Computing Centre caters to the day-to-day needs of the students and faculty to keep abreast of the trends in Engineering & Technology. The College has 1226 terminals with necessary accessories and peripherals which are supported by appropriate software.

• SREE VIDYANIKETHAN ENGINEERING COLLEGE is the most preferred college in AndhraPradesh. Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College was established in 1996 with an initial intake of 180 students to serve the cause of technical education in the backward region of Rayalaseema. The intake has increased exponentially to 2232 in 2014-2015. The College now offers 9 B.Tech programs; 8 M.Tech programs; MCA Program; and 2 Doctoral Programs. AICTE has also accorded permission for 2nd Shift Polytechnic from the academic year 2009-10.
• The College has been accorded Autonomous Status by the UGC, New Delhi from the Academic Year 2010-2011.
• Every year an academic schedule will be released for every branch. There will be tests like diagnoses tests for assessment of the students and internal exams comprising of assignments and mid-term exams. Real time projects are given more importance.

• The annual college fee for Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College is INR 67,800 for each student. Most of the students obtain fee reimbursement provided by Govt of AndhraPradesh.
