For M.sc in biotechnology, One must have a graduation degree in life science or any life sciences related subject (zoology, botany, biochemistry, biotechnology, genetics etc). An all India entrance test For biotechnology CEEB has been conducted every year. To get admission in JNU, one has to rank within 20.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I am in Msc Environmental Science. Eligibility is to have bachelors degree in any steam of science(b.tech, bsc in any discipline) to join Jawaharlal Nehru University. The students have to clear the JNUEE exam. Cut off is around 50 percent for general category and accordingly for other categories.
