The University has a fleet of 32 buses, operating along three routes of Guntur, Vijayawada and Tenali with a total seating capacity of 1800 students. Besides providing the bus service,the institute maintains a pool of ten cars for meeting the transport requirements of the senior faculty. An emergency vehicle is available round the clock.

  Vignan's University with the broad objective of bringing about a holistic development of student personality, constituted 13 optional clubs to provide the University students with opportunities to participate in one or two extra-curricular activities of his/her choice.

     The clubs provide students a platform to compete and interact with their peers, besides helping them to realise their innate potential and an awareness of their own skills. Regular participation in the intra-mural events hosted by these clubs helps students to gain confidence to participate in various state and national level youth fests. It is heartening to see that a good number of them are successful in securing prizes at such events.

     The clubs have been formed at the departmental level with one or two staff members nominated as departmental coordinators. Students have been enrolled and student coordinators have also been nominated. All the department clubs are again supervised by a convener at the university level. The convener coordinates the activities of all the departmental clubs effectively and integrates them at the university level
