Many core companies like Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Tata Motors, Hero Moto Corp, Volvo, Eicher, Federal-Mogul, Omax Autos and many consultancy companies like Jaypee Morgan etc visit our campus every year. The average salary is INR 7 lakhs per annum and the highest salary offered was INR 27 lakhs per annum.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There is Wi-Fi available for 24 hours. Hostel infrastructure needs some improvement. There is PG facility available nearby. There are 6 hostels in total and hostel fee is INR 60,000 per annum.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The candidate must clear the JEE MAIN exam and must have passed the 12th from a recognized institute. The cut off for the mechanical engineering course was about 20000 approximately.
Academics and Faculty
Daily routine varies from year to year, for freshers it is very light but for 2nd and 3rd year, it's quite hectic. Quality of teaching is good and some of the professors are great. Overall experience is fantastic.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is INR 1.1 lakh per annum. The fee waiver is provided to every branch topper and rank opener. Yes, loans can be availed.
Clubs and Associations
When it comes to clubs and society participation PEC is surely the best and has won several competitions. Pecfest is one of the best north Indian college fests.
