College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

4

10 hostels are there still 3 are constructing. Per sem hostel fee is 20k(INR) as NIT is govt colleges every facility is fully functioned.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Eligibility criteria are GATE score. The cutoff is 25.

Academics and Faculty

Classes vary with time. Quality is average one should explore itself only. Overall experience is better.

Fees and Scholarships

Per year its 1.4 lakhs(INR). Everyone is getting the stipend as per MHRD. Whoever qualifies GATE to get the stipend from govt. Loans can easily be done and avail from any bank mostly SBI preferred.

Clubs and Associations

18 clubs are running doing activities in many functions. 2 fests are main in Feb tech fund named as Nimbus and on nov will fair. College life is awesome.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You have to qualify GATE in order to take admission in masters courses at NIT Hamirpur. Then you have to apply through CCMT centralised counselling process. Based on your GATE score and preferences you get the admission.
