There is separate hostel for girls and boys. The college has a very nice canteen to fulfill students cravings. The price of food is very pocket friendly. For hostel there is also a mess serving breakfast lunch and dinner. There are many classrooms. The entire campus has WiFi. There are many labs, Ground, workshops, reading room.

Terna Engineering College, For admission in BE courses, the candidate must be 10+2 qualified from any board with minimum 60% in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths). JEE and CET marks are also required for the admission. Cutoff marks required for admission varies every year according to the marks set up by Mumbai University.

College timing is from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. All the faculties are very helpful, supportive and friendly. There are labs for all practical subjects. Assignment and projects are given time to time. Students can refer variety of books available in college library and also consult faculties for further help.

Fees varies year to year as per Mumbai University. Scholarship options is available and offered to students getting very good pointers.

There are many student group serving for welfare of college. It is linked with NSS. Main festival is AVALON (Technical) and RESONANCE (Cultural). College also participates in many intercollege competitions.
