Aman Kumar's Review on Punjabi University, [PU] Patiala

Placements are not that good. Infosys and Accenture come for the placements. Average package is INR 3.2 lakhs and highest package last time was INR 12 lakhs for a person.

There is one hostel for boys and one for girls. The quality of food is good and it costs only INR 40 per diet. College is fully WiFi enable and labs are very good.

There is no entrance exam for admission in my college. The cutoff varies from branch to branch. The cutoff generally depends on the students who come here. There is specially 15% reservation for other states.

The daily routine is 9 am -5 pm.  Assignments and Exams are given on a regular intervals but they do not give any stress as the environment here is very different. Quality of teaching is nice. Teachers are very knowledgeable. 

The fees is INR 90k per year. There are so many scholarships available for SC students and also the needy ones. Average number of students who get scholarship each year here are about 50-60.

There are many societies in college like United Nation Civil Chapter,  Motorsports, Various sports clubs, Drama club, Dance and music groups, Ecell in our college works actively for the betterment of the college. The Crispoletiea is the annual festival of our college.
