Manisha Mani's Review on GMR Institute of Technology - GMRIT

The key companies which come to my college are IBM, TCS, Wipro, Infosys. There are so many others also. The average salary figures 40000k(INR) per year. There are some alumni who went out of GMRIT and started their own startups and became successful in their life and some people who are being paid high in their companies.

There are two hostels. One is for girls and the other is for boys. Hostel facilities and the food are good. The hostel fee is about 11000k (INR) per month. The food is nice and its cost is included in the hostel fee. The classrooms, labs, libraries, dining halls are well infrastructure. Wi-fi connections are available. GMRIT has other key infrastructures like student activity center, seminar halls in every block and also a separate seminar hall for common settings, FM radio center, etc.

Eligibility to GMRIT depends on AP EAMCET rank admissions will be given after counseling according to their rank. EAMCET examination is the entrance exam to enter into GMRIT. The cut off for my choice depends on the rank.

The daily routine is from 9 am to 5 pm. Projects are given according to the subjects and labs. Exams are held according to the semester system. The quality and method of teaching is pretty good. It's a great experience to be a student of GMRIT and it is the very clean campus, it stood 2nd cleanest campus in India. I feel its a good campus to pursue BTech.

My course fee is 1,02,000 lakhs (INR) per year. Any kind of government scholarships is available to the students. An average of 60% to 70% of the students gets the scholarship. Loans are not needed, but if it is required Andhra Bank provides it.

The student socities like NSS,ISTE,IE,CSI and so many others also. SAC, dancing, and singing are some of the clubs. STEP CONE is the cultural and technical fest in GMRIT. Life in GMRIT is cool and good.
