Akshaya Sekar's Review on M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women

Internships are compulsory for every student in the college, it should be done after the student completes their 2nd year. Key companies will mostly be finance and marketing. Most of the students who are doing their 3rd years get placed well.

There's no hostel in my college. As I haven't stayed in a pg till now, I do not know much about it. Food is really good and the cost is affordable. The quality of the infrastructure is also good.

The eligibility criteria for my course is 12th std pass with a decent score. My admission procedure was a face-to-face interview. 75%-80% was the cutoff for my course.

My daily routine is from 7:45 am - 12:45 pm, as its a morning shift. For every 2 months, there is an internal exam and for every 6 months, there is an external exam. Experience is really good, there is lots of exposure to many things. The quality of teaching is really good. Teachers use library sources and powerpoints for teaching.

My course fee is INR 30,000 p.a maximum. The students who are eligible for the scholarships, apply for it, and they get selected for it. Loans aren't in need now.

There are student cabinets. There are clubs for specific languages, and for each department, there is a students union that takes care of events related to that department. Many cultural happen regularly on my campus. College life is good.
