There are many hostels and the hostel fee is based on the type we choose. The average mess fee is about INR 50000 p.a. The infrastructure and the other things are well maintained.
VITEEE is the entrance exam, conducted by VIT for the applicants and rank lists are prepared and based on the ranks the candidates are allocated their seats.
The overall experience in the college was fine. A day is full of digital assignments and other works.
My fee per year was INR 4,50,000. There are very few scholarship opportunities. And the average number of students who get the scholarship is about 1000. From Indian bank, the loans are given.Loans, if needed can be availed from the Indian overseas bank.
The main fest in the campus is Rivera, one of the biggest fest. When compared to the other colleges the life in VIT was awesome.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is based on marks we scored in our 12th grade. There is no entrance examination for my course. The cutoffs are usually above 75% in our 12th grade.

The prescribed entrance exam called VITEEE must be given in order to be eligible for admission. Typically almost 120 can be the cutoff for admission to Electrical Engineering this year.
