College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The infrastructure of iit Kanpur is world class. We have excellent air conditioned classrooms with huge capacities and equipped with projectors and speakers kind of stuff that help the instructors teach.
- The library here is really big, huge collection of books, full wi-fi access. open every day till 12pm and round the clock during exam time. The college also has a big computer centre with computers operated on windows as well as linux platforms. transport is not an issue here, the autos rickshaws are easily available plus we have buses running from time to time in the campus at IIT Kanpur
Academics and Faculty
- Academicaly this institute will keep you quite busy through the classes, labs, and assignments. quizzes also happen on a regular basis to asses your academic situation.
- Here we can choose from a wide variety of courses from other disciplines as well along with our elementary courses. the quality and methodology of teaching here is very fine.
- Professors encourage student participation in classes as well as outside classes. they have their office hours during which any student can meet them and discuss their doubts.
Fees and Scholarships
- Many Students are benefitted from the various scholarships that are provided. some scholarships are merit based while some are parental income based. sports scholarships are also provided to the deserving students.
- Loans are happily provided by the banks as they see the studentsas they belive that the students here have a bright future and can easily repay their debt.
Clubs and Associations
- This college has a wide range of clubs that are functioning. students are free to join any club of their interest. These clubs are run by students themselves. Sports facilities here excellent both indoor and outdoor.
- Fine equipments and coaches are provided by the college to the students. it is amazing that this institute being one of the best in technical and research field also is very inclined towards the overall developments of its students.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I took JEE MAIN entrance exam and got selected in Indian Institute of Technology, [IIT] Kanpur. The cutoff for civil engineering in Kanpur is 3333.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Basically, you need to clear JEE Advanced exam to enter in any of the IITs. There are only around 10k seats. Cutoffs are different every year but approx 180 marks in exam can land you in a good IIT with a good department.
