College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There is a total of 30 hostels in the college. The hostels are well-maintained. We have well-maintained classrooms, a central library, and a GRS library which contains around 20,000 books. We also have well-equipped labs comprising of highly technical machines.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
JCECE is the required entrance exam for admission at BIT.
Academics and Faculty
The class timing is from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Projects and assignments are given for self-development on a regular basis. The method of teaching is technical and advanced. Professors are very friendly and focused towards excellence.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is around INR 22,000 per year.
Clubs and Associations
We have around 14 clubs in our college like GRS, leo, eco, model, etc. The college organizes many festivals like FOYC, freshers' day, etc. The main festival of the college is Sandhaan. The college life is just awesome and rocking.

In case of Jharkhand combined competitive examination, I have JCECE rank and it was 2000 and category rank is 88. So I get admission in bit Sindri in the mechanical engineering department. It is 4 years course.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For admission in any government engineering college of the state, you need to appear for the JCECE (Jharkhand Combined Engineering Entrance Examination). You can either be a +2 appearing student or a dropper (for 2 years). Also, if you eligible for reservation, you can get a seat with the category rank of 4000+ in ST, 1500+ OBC etc.
