Obed's Review on Anjuman College of Engineering and Technology

As I am in my first-year, I don’t have any technical knowledge about the internships. The companies which visit my college for the placements are TCS, L&T, Infotech, Voltas limited, IBM, Zensar, etc. The average salary is INR 1.75 to 3.5 lakhs per annum. The alumni network is well maintained.

As the college is located in the heart of the city, there is no hostel facility. But you can get many PGs here. The average cost of living and food will be around INR 3500. The classrooms are nice with the nice sitting arrangement and the labs are also updated. Wifi is also provided in the college. There is a huge library in the college building which has the ample number of books.

The eligibility criteria is that you should have 50% marks in PCM for the open category and 45% marks for reserved category. I had appeared in MHT CET for the admission. But the students also can appear in JEE MAIN for the admission.

The college timings are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and there is a holiday on every 2nd and 4th Saturday. The teachers are excellent here. They treat you in extremely polite manner and the quality of teaching is fabulous. They also take care of weak students, extra classes are organized for such students. My experience in this college is just awesome.

The course fees for the open category students is about INR 80000 per year. Students are also provided various scholarships. The scholarships are provided by the state and central government.

There is a lot of extra-curricular activities in the college, every branch has their own clubs which organize various competitions. The main festival of the college is Celestial, this takes place in January or February. Some of the sports are Football, cricket, tug of war, kabaddi, volleyball, etc. are also organized here.
