Entrance Exams & Admissions : I got admission in Shyam Lal College which is under Delhi University through merit basis. Entrance exam option was also there for some of the courses but in my course i.e. in history Hons I got admission through my 12th examination board marks. During my time history Hons cutoff was 98% for general. The best four marks counted and you have to choose colleges according to your percentage.

At the present time, most students choose this course because they want to participate in our nation-building and other frames of politics.
