Placements and Internships
I have not done any internships. The average salary is INR 6.5 lakhs. The key companies like Dell, Infosys, TATA come to our college for hiring the students through the college placement.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are separate hostels available for boys and girls present. The hostel fee is INR 35000 for the Non-AC and INR 40000 for AC. The quality of classroom is good with big rooms and good ventilation. Labs are equipped with all of the equipment, libraries are filled with all books needed and there are 24 hours of wifi access.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
I appeared in an entrance exam for the admission and the exam was conducted by the college itself.
Academics and Faculty
The class timing is from 9:30 am to 4:20 pm. The quality and method of teaching are good here.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is INR 1.5 lakhs. Scholarship options are available here and around 75% students get the scholarship. The government will provide the scholarships. Loans are not needed.
Clubs and Associations
Students' societies like Leo Club, blood donation club, Society of Petroleum Engineers, etc. are present at the campus. The festivals like Ganesh Puja, Onam, Pongal, Diwali, Christmas, etc. are celebrated here.
