Anshul Mutha's Review on St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad

Actors like Rohit Roy, Rajeev Khandelwal are the Alumni of this institute. No, I have not done any internship till now. It is the undergraduate course so, there are not such companies for the placement but there are around 40 to 50 companies which provide the internships to the students according to their course every year.

There are two hostels available; one for boys and another one is for girls. The hostel fee is INR 10000 per semester. There are a lot of PGs available near the college. The cost of PGs starts from INR 5000 and goes up to 15000. The quality of food is average.

No entrance exam is required for the admission. The minimum eligibility criteria is 12th pass, the typical cut-off for general category students is 74% and for reserved category students, 50%.

The class timing is from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. The quality and method of teaching are excellent as the faculties are having good experience and Ph.D. holders. The overall experience is good.

The course fee for boys is approx INR 4000 per semester and for girls, approx INR 3000 per semester. As the course fee is very less, there is no need of loans.

There are many clubs which work for society and for women in our college. There are no such festivals are celebrated in our college but the two main events are the cultural and sports fest and another one is the National Economic Fest.
