Placements and Internships
I applied for internship on Gigindia. Key companies that come for recruitment are Accenture, cognizant, Barclays, IBM, Wipro, etc. The average salary package is 4 lakhs per annum and the highest salary package was 8 lakhs per annum. The alumni network is good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are 7 hostels for boys including one NRI hostel. Hostel fee(regular)is INR 65000/- (including mess) and NRI hostel fee is INR 85000/- (excluding mess). PGs/flats are not very good. Food is average in mess but the canteen food is good. The classroom is average, labs are good, Libraries are also very good, the Dining hall is good and Wifi is nice. The infrastructure is very nice.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The eligibility criterion is that you should have 125 marks or above in all three subjects (PCM) for applying and you have to give MAH CET or JEE MAIN entrance exam.
Academics and Faculty
The college runs in two shifts. One is from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm and the second is from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. Quality of teaching is good. Overall experience is very nice.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is INR 90726/- per year. Government scholarships are provided according to the annual income of the family. 30% to 40% student get a scholarship.
Clubs and Associations
Main fests are carnival and karandak, Karandak and carnival both include all technical and non-technical activities. College life, of course, is not easy but yet enjoyable due to these fests.
