I did my internship in TATA STEEL JAMSHEDPUR. 
Coming to the placements its best in east India. TCS, WIPRO, INFY CG, etc come for campus placement with nice salary structure for freshers. Mahindra & Mahindra, TVS, Sonalika tractors, etc also come for placements which are core companies. 
The average salary offered is around 3.5 lakhs per year.

There are 4 hostels for boys & girls respectively. Hostel fee is INR 38000/- per year.
PGs are easily available outside the campus.
Foods are good mostly north Indian food at substantial rate are available.
The infrastructure of college is just awsome with all facilities.

For admission, you will have to appear for SAAT an all India online exams or exams conducted by IITs nowadays.
Eligibility is 10+2 pass with 55% aggregate.
Entrance exam: I appeared for SAAT entrance exam.
Cutoff: a rank below 1000.

Class timings are from 8 am to 3 pm. 2 semesters per year, 2 projects ie. major and minor have to be done in the final year. Assignments, quizzes are taken on a regular basis during the tenure.
Teachers are highly qualified, friendly & caring in nature.

The course fee was 1.98 lakhs per year.
Yes, scholarships are offered in college.
Yes, loans can be availed from any nationalized banks.

Multiple clubs societies are available for interested candidates. SAE JAGGO, ITER PHOTOGRAPHY etc.
CHAKRAVYUH and GENESIS are the 2 events organized by the college.
College life at ITER is what you will cherish in future.
