College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Quality of hostel, food, and classrooms, are average, and infrastructure is not that great. Yet it is the most expensive college of AKTU.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The eligibility criteria are to have good UPSEE rank and/or 12th marks. I took up JEE MAIN. Above 90% in 12th examination.
Academics and Faculty
It's a fully packed schedule of 7 lectures one hour each with a mere 45 minutes lunch break after the 4th lecture. And it's from 9.15am to 4.40 pm. There are no projects as such but only lectures and theory. Only theoretical and lots of notes, no video teaching or innovative methods are used. My overall experience is average.
Fees and Scholarships
My fee per year is INR.1,45,150/- which is too much for such a college. There are no scholarship options available to any students. Loans are provided and they are not easy to avail.
Clubs and Associations
There are many student societies on the college campus. Only one cultural fest in the whole year, Life in college, in general, is burdened with studies and lectures and assignments and notes and theory.
