Anil Kumar's Review on Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Chittoor

I have not done an internship yet so don't know much about it and the stipend also. Few companies like Hp, Htc globals, Glen wood systems etc come to offer placements in the college and the highest salary is INR 4.5 lakhs p.a and so many students from foreign and also Indian students get placed.

There are different hostels for PG, UG students, and one international hostel ie, for both foreign and Indian students and it is around INR 80000. There are PG's which is good and they cost INR 4000 per month it is cheaper in cost and its quality is also good. Ther are wifi and the limit 20 MB and classes contain projectors and good and so many systems are also available in labs and the infrastructure is also very good. 

Our eligibility is AP EAMCET below 140000 rank. Also by management, the candidates can join for the course. My entrance examination was AP EAMCET and the cutoff for CS was 120000.

our class starts at 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and in a week, there will be three lab classes and once in a week there will be some consortium. The quality is good and they use both board and projector method of teaching. The overall experience in the college is more than good.

The course fee for my course CS is INR 75000. Fees reimbursement ie, INR 35000 because of appearing in AP EAMCET entrance and scoring 65% and it also depends on the financial status of the family and if not so there is an easy way to getting the loans from Sbi, etc banks.

Student societies like Sports club, Anti-ragging, and blood donation, and other donations are held in the campus. The main festival in the college is Selesta which is grandly celebrated and the celebrities of Telugu film industry has come here and the college in general is more than good.
