Namrata Choudhary's Review on S B Jain Institute of Technology, Management and Research

I have been selected for the internship of 45 days for cloud computing. Companies that come to our campus for placements are Maintec, Amazon, tbss, persistent for software engineer Post. The average salary is around INR 2.5 lakh per annum and the highest salary was INR 8 lakh per annum.

Boys hostel facility is available at friends colony. Food quality in the college canteen is an average. The most amazing thing is you will get daily different dishes in the thali. Classrooms are well furnished and the library is also awesome.

It was a great experience completing my engineering from here. The eligibility criteria for getting admission into this college is passing 12th class with science stream. Admission is also done on the basis of JEE MAIN marks. 

Classes start from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm and in between its one hour break from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm. The method used for teaching are well equipped, teachers use projectors, presentations for teaching. They also provide soft copy notes and hard copies too. Overall experience was great.

I was under category student of the Sbc college so the fees was INR 12000 per annum, for SC it is INR 10000 and for open category, it is INR 1.3 lakh and the scholarship options are also provided by the college.

College students organise forums in the even semester and annual gathering in odd sem. Forums include technical as well as non-technical events. Forum days are awesome and everyone enjoys it. Mega event of the college is dahi handi. In general, the life at the college is good.
