The placement cell in Jain University is highly functional and very student friendly.
The placement process starts towards the end of the 2nd year with over a 100 companies that come for recruitment. Prior to this, interested students are given training on how to sit for interviews, group discussion and any other skill that needs to be cultivated for giving a successful interview.
The companies that come, offer a salary of INR 200000 - INR 30000 per annum.
Students who could not be placed during the course of their degree can contact the placement cell even after graduation.

Jain University has 3 girls' and 3 boys' hostels spread all over in Bangalore, they offer 4 times meals a day and transportation facilities at a cost of INR 100000 per annum.
Other than hostels, students have an option of staying in PGs near college although the cost would be almost the same.
There are a couple of canteens in and around the campus that offers decent and hygienic food that is pocket-friendly.
The Jayanagar campus looks like a corporate office building from the outside but the inside needs a lot of maintenance, the only good thing about the campus is the library which is richly stocked.
There are no entrance exams for B.Com. Any candidate who has secured 75% marks and above in 12th/ 2nd PUC, is eligible for applying for the course.
Selected candidates are further called for an interview with the Dean of the JGI group.
Jain University is pretty relaxed as there are only 4 hours of classes with one break in between.
The teachers give projects and assignments throughout the semester that has a weight age of 20% of the final marks.
The quality and method of teaching need a lot of improvement, but the overall experience of this college is good.
B.Com professional costs INR 100000 per year without a scholarship.
Candidates who have secured 85% marks and above in 12th standard/ 2nd PUC are eligible for a scholarship of INR 5000 and above.
Jain University offers numerous clubs and groups that students can be a part of, be it extra curricular or anything related to studies. There are many forums such as the cultural forum, commerce forum, dance forum, etc.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : As I had taken b.com I didn't have to write any entrance exam, I had to get 85% and above in my PUC. There was no application fee, I went to college and filled it out, also I didn't get any reservation benefits as i belong to general category
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for students willing to take up the B.COM course at Jain University should have completed 10+2 in Science or Commerce from PUC/CBSE or an equivalent board that is recognized by the University. The admission procedure would be to submit relevant documents that would include the 10th certificate, 12th certificate, application form, and application receipt along with that you would have to pay the application fee.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : I had gone directly to the college itself and applied for Bcom after submitting all my marks cards. No entrance exam was needed
