Academics and Faculty

4.5

All the classes start from 8 am or 9 am in the morning depending on the year and semester of the students. All classes positively end by 4 pm in the evening giving every student ample time for brushing up other skills or working on projects and assignments. Teachers in ITER stress on understanding, questioning and re- analyzing everything taught to us in class. They pay attention to not just mugging up for the sake of securing mark, but also strengthening the basics by organizing quizzes and class tests. My overall experience in the college has taught me things I couldn't even muster interest in. Coding and analyzing problem have become fun. Now sitting with the laptop doesn't only involve surfing the internet, but also using my time constructively to learn a language, debug codes or understand more about the recent technologies.

Different clubs like Art Club, a club for dramatics, music, fashion, coding, hacking, robotics gather students with similar interests and help them in brushing up their hobbies. ITER has its own fest known as 'Genesis' which lets the students showcase their talents. Life in ITER is a balance of not too much freedom and freedom when required. A peaceful environment for studying and a fun atmosphere for hanging out with friends.
