College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
The infrastructure is the best thing about the campus. Hostels are clean and spacious, with excellent housekeeping and security staff. the hostel fee is included in the course fee. It is compulsory to opt. for hostel accommodation for the course. The mess food charges are included in the fee too and there are other restaurants/canteen options in the campus. The classrooms are well ventilated and bright, labs and laboratories are well equipped with all facilities, the Wi-Fi speed is decent.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
We had to be graduates to appear for SNAP, the entrance exam was common to all Symbiosis institutes. After the entrance, the cutoffs for the course was displayed and a shortlist was drawn for the next rounds. The cutoff for SNAP 2016 was 98.2 percentile. The subsequent rounds consisted of group discussions and personal interviews.
Academics and Faculty
The students have a busy calendar with classes, projects, internal evaluations, assignments, and competitions. The teachers are well educated and have good communication skills. Plenty of pre-read material, case studies and presentations are provided.
Fees and Scholarships
The fees for a two year regular MBA at SIBM is INR 18 Lakhs. Scholarships can be availed by selected toppers of the college and students from backward classes. The average number of students getting scholarships is not disclosed. Students typically avail loans from leading banks in the country.
Clubs and Associations
There are close to 15 councils and SIGs (Special Interest Groups) in the college. Transcend is the main fest to look out for. Other colleges have their fests on the campus too, so it's a riot all year. College life is as good as it could be. The scenic views, excellent infrastructure, great peers etc make it one of the best management campuses in India.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I took SNAP it is more over a test where your speed is tested more than your knowledge and selection of questions is the key point The cutoff for SIBM Pune was 97 last year.
Academics & Faculty : The frequency of classes is really high at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. The course is really good, we mostly have courses on innovation. Among them, design thinking is best. We are also studying on sectoral Innovation, Innovative marketing communication etc. The methodology is good.
