Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Chandigarh university eligibility criteria are minimum 60 percent in 12th board and 10th.
- When the admission procedure starts, in first few days Chandigarh University take direct admissions with 10,000 as their seat booking, but this 10,000 is not extra, it will be deducted from your fees.
- After some direct admissions, they take admissions on merit basis.
- On the merit basis, one has to qualify to JEE (MAINS) with a good percentage in 12th.
- If not JEE (MAINS) then any other competitive exam has to be written by the student.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For my course, you should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in all primary subjects like Chemistry, Physics, Math's and English in +2 and there can be two ways to get admission to Chandigarh University. The first is via an entrance exam, and the second is direct admission. Since I am an international student, I didn't have to give any entrance exam, but domestic students can take either CUSAT or CUCET.
