Placements and Internships
- Haven't done any internships as of now. I have no idea about how the placements work here since the international students aren't eligible or allowed for the placements.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Don't really like the hostels as the food is very bad, the rooms are as bad. The wardens can be unreasonable means sometimes, which is quite annoying since we can't talk back.
- The quality of products used in the building of the hostels' washrooms is questionable since there is a constant need to keep calling a plumber or electricians.
- But the foods outside of the hostels are good. Our block is a non AC one so it's hard during the summers with the extreme heat of Punjab and the washrooms are extremely upsetting.
- the libraries lack good novels but the textbooks and needed references are available .in Lovely Professional University It'd be appreciated if we could be provided with wifi in the hostels 24/7. And the speed of the wifi is okay but gets irritating at times as it becomes super slow.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria for Lovely Professional University, one should have to have a percentage over 65 to get into the honours class.
Academics and Faculty
- The daily routine classes in Lovely Professional University are from 9 am to 5 pm with just one break sometimes which is quite hard. But some days the class starts at 1, so I don't have a complaint. The breaks during the exams are too long. I'd like it if we get shorter breaks so that we can finish the exams sooner and leave for home.
- The quality of teaching is fine, some teachers are excellent and some are okay.
Fees and Scholarships
- There are lots of scholarships available which is very good at Lovely Professional University. I appreciate that.
Clubs and Associations
- Since I haven't participated in any events of clubs it'd be wrong for me to make judgments but as far as I've seen students are indulged in the areas they are interested in, so it's a good thing.
- The life in college in Lovely Professional University is good for the people who knows how to enjoy it.
