Placements and Internships
- Companies for internships are available but only for CSE, many companies including amazon, Appirio, hired students on a good package, the average package goes till 12.5 lakh p.a as this was the first placement of our college.
- Talumniini network is not so significant.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The hostel facility is available at Government Engineering College, [GEC] Raipur with good infrastructure.
- The quality of mess food is acceptable but not so good.
- The small shops called as THADI are there opened by villagers.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Our academic daily routine schedule is from 9 Am to 4 PM, faculty takes the classes regularly, projects are not given on regular basis but assignments of every topic are given at Government Engineering College, [GEC] Raipur.
- I personally feel that B Tech and B Arc are the most relevant courses.
- Some teachers are extremely good but some just teach for the sake of their work. professors are always available for doubt sessions.
Academics and Faculty
- The quality of classrooms are well-furnished, have a huge library, have a 24*7 WIFI facility and love infrastructure of my Government Engineering College, [GEC] Raipur.
Fees and Scholarships
- The scholarships are as such not available at Government Engineering College, [GEC] Raipur but only to those who get 1000 rank in Manipal entrance exam with a promise to get CGPA of above 8.5 in semesters.
- Bank loans are available for convenience.
Clubs and Associations
- There are many club and students societies are available at Government Engineering College, [GEC] Raipur, and all the students are encourage to take part in all the events.
