I appeared for JEE Mains to get into National Institute of Science and Technology.
I got 98 marks and clubbing it with my Boards percentage, My rank was around 3 lakhs which was enough.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You have to qualify the intermediate exam and after that have to appear for the entrance exam like OJEE and JEE MAIN. Based upon your rank they will select you. I have appeared both for OJEE and AIEEE. The typical cutoff was set by college officials.
