Placements and Internships
- Right now I haven't completed my first year so I have no idea about this but over the years 30,000 Amity students have got on-campus placements in MNCs, over 3500 students have already got on-campus placements this year. A record 1300 students were placed in a single day by Accenture, a fortune 500 company. Leading companies across various disciplines come for campus placements at amity.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Hostel accommodation is allotted to eligible students at Amity University, Separate girls and boys hostel facility are available, Hostels are fine, The fees for the hostel may range from 70-80k for Non AC and 140-150k for AC PLUS 10,000 for security fee. The range depends on which hostel you are allotted, if you are allotted a 4-bed Non AC room, the fees will be around 65-70k and if you are allotted a 2-bed Non AC room, the fees will be around 70-80k and food expenditure is not included in it.
- The quality of food is good and has air-conditioned cafeterias which provide a variety of vegetarian meals and in addition, there is food-court which houses outlets of dominos, dosa plaza, mama mia, arcadia, subway, Bikaner Wala, CCD etc.
- There are many PGs around this area and cost varies from 15k.
- The quality of the classroom is good and quality of central library is superb and Wi-Fi facility is also there 2 devices with each student.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria for any course in amity is minimum 12th pass out. The procedure is student firstly has to make a user I'D on amity admission login and the student has to fulfill the admission form in it with specific detail.
- Amity takes admission by conducting entrance exam then a personal interview on a specified date only, In the personal interview they will ask many things about you which will definitely relate it to your course, after this institute will announce the entrance test result after 4-5 days when it was conducted through student user I'D on amity admission.
Academics and Faculty
- The class starts at 8:30 A.M and overs at 6:30 P.M at Amity University.
- Project are given as per the session plan and projects or assignments are helpful to achieve a goal in systematic studies.
- The quality of teaching is not very high although projection/smart/digital classes are there but it is of no use.
- Amity has a good and systematic library which gives a relief.
- My overall experience is quite ordinally.
Fees and Scholarships
- My course fee for the first year is 272,000 at Amity University.
- Amity University offers a variety of scholarships to the meritorious students. The scholarship is in the form of financial aid. There are different types of scholarships which are offered by amity as on admission merit scholarships, on admission sports scholarships, merit-scholarship during the program and merit-cum-means scholarships for those who are academically good and need financial assistance to continue their education in university.
Clubs and Associations
- Amity has special events which they celebrate with zeal, these are amity youth festival, convocation etc, there is an Arcadia with many facilities like bowling, pool, snooker, console gaming, etc.
- There are many committees and clubs like a cultural committee, sports club, debate club etc.
- In general, the life in college is awesome if you are a student with full excitement and know how to enjoy your every moment. I hate amity due to attendance issue as there are many issues regarding attendance. Life is hell in amity due to percentage barrier as one who wants to do extra classes or want preparation classes so it can't possible. If you have less than 75% attendance than that person is not allowed to take Exam.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility to fill the forms was 55% followed by entrance test and then interview. Given entrance exam for MA in Counselling Psychology. Cutoffs were not there we were selected on the basis of entrance test and interview.
