Placements and Internships
- Well there is no compulsory internship but you can do it if you are willing to from SVITS.
- The college doesn't provide internship opportunities.
- Mainly IT companies and other Textile companies come to hire from campus placement.
- Average salary offered in IT companies is 3.59 lack's per annum.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There is one hostel opposite to college building and other is in the town. Separate hostel for boys and girls.
- Food is not excellent and it costs around 2000 per month.
- No wifi facility at SVITS but buildings are well maintained .
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- MP-PET used to be the entrance exam for getting admission into SVITS. Now admission is based on JEE Mains exam
Academics and Faculty
- 10-5 is the college timings at SVITS.
- Young faculty, so they lack of experience but they are really helpful and hard working for students.
- Overall experience has been nice at college. Sports facility is available.
Fees and Scholarships
- Per year fee during my time was around ₹55000.
- College trust provides scholarship for underprivileged students of around ₹8k to ₹10k. Around all students who apply for scholarship get the scholarship.
- Loans can be easily availed by any recognized bank.
Clubs and Associations
- Photography, dance, music, automobile, fashion are the student societies. Spandan is main fest of the university and it is held annually around March
- Life at SVITS has been awesome.
