Placement is also average.but if u passed out with a degree in mechanical sandwich then it is advantages for u.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There is only one college hostel and fees of the hostel is 92000k per year at Indira College of Engineering.
- Out of campus many private hostels are there.
- College canteen has good food. Quality is also fine and not costly.
- Quality of class room is very good and every class room has projectors.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Not very much criteria needed u just have to pass out of 12th grade and u have to get 60% marks in PCM GRP.and also urs JEE marks ...and also other criteria is if u pass the diploma course u got admission direct to 2nd year in engineering.
Academics and Faculty
Class timing is morning 10 am to 3:30pm ,if practicals are happening it goes up to 5:30pm.The method of teaching is best.performing all the practical regularly.overall experience is good.but the traveling atmosphere is poor.
Fees and Scholarships
The fees of the course is near about 100000/- Also scholarship is available for EBC and many more.60 to 120 students can get scholarship.
Clubs and Associations
- The main fest of the Indira College of Engineering and Management is avishkar.
- College life is good and many programs are organized in college.

Academics & Faculty : Daily routine involves practicals and theory lectures. Assignments are given regularly. Talking about the project, students need to ask the facilities regarding it. Quality is teaching is satisfactory. Method of teaching is also satisfactory. The overall experience is good, since the college is located far off from the city and is surrounded by mountains, it feels fresh and energetic every time we go to college.
