- There are 21 hostels in IIT Chennai, with lots of facilities like TV room, computers, music instruments, library, sports like TT, basketball, badminton, etc. in each hostel and the Fees is about 6000 pm Everyone stays in the hostel.
- The Quality of food is average, rest all facilities are of good quality
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The Eligibility criteria for IIT Chennai are to clear 12th education
- Candidates will have to attempt JEE Mains followed by JEE Advanced.
- The Cutoff is getting an AIR 600 in JEE Advanced
Academics and Faculty
- The Timings in IIT Chennai are from 8 to 6 with free slots in between Method of teaching.
- The Classrooms, the teaching quality, and the labs are great.
