Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admission is done via WBJEE Exam. In this exam, a rank is obtained by a student. Based on this rank, he/she can appear in counseling to get any branch in any college. Typically nowadays a rank under 800 might ensure a seat in ECE branch in my college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Good score in intermediate is the main eligibility criteria. Admissions are done by ranking and counseling process. Joint entrance exam for engineering  WBJEE is considered for the admissions. my rank was under 5000 in WBJEE.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : In order to get admitted into the college, we had to undertake the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination(WBJEE) OR the JEE Main exam. The cutoff ranks for the streams were considerably low as it is a college of high demand. The central counselling process was conducted for admission purposes. Once selected in counselling, we had to apply to the college directly for admission. The cutoff for streams with more demand was around 2000 for WBJEE and around 5000 to 6000 for the streams with less demand.
