Placements and Internships
- I have never gone through any internships so far.
- We have a good number of companies visitingBV Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology for campus recruitment which include various Companies from IT sector, electronics sector, mechanical and civil sectors.
- Companies like Infosys, Accenture, Robert Bosch, KPIT, coca Cola, mind tree etc visit our campus.
- Average salary figure is Rs. 2.5 lakh pa every year.
- Highest salary figure is Rs. 10 lakh pa.
- Around 70% get placed every year.
- We have a good alumni network.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Hostel facilities are available in BV Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology.
- The quality of food is good.
- PGs are available on the campus.
- The maintenance of wifi, labs etc is good too.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria to join BV Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology was to have a good rank in KCET exam.
- The admission procedure included formalities to be completed by submitting the lower degree certificates which included the 10th and the 12th-grade marks cards and paying the allotted fees set by the government for the general quota.
- I wrote the KCET and the JEE MAIN exams for my entrance in the degree college.
- The typical cutoffs for my course were 8000.
Academics and Faculty
- In BV Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology class starts from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and then we have the lab sessions that are interesting, which usually are for 3 hours.
- We have a good number of assignments, Projects, Mini project in 5th Sem, a Minor project in 6th sem, Capstone project in 7th and 8th Sem.
- The quality and the method of teaching is very friendly and helpful.
- It is a good experience in college.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee for government seat at BV Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology is Rs. 42,000 every year.
- Being a general merit student I never availed a scholarship in my college.
- Not very sure about the average number of students getting scholarships.
- Loans are needed it can be availed from SBI.
Clubs and Associations
- BV Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology has various clubs like Make In BVB which is an entrepreneurial extravaganza to build an entrepreneurial culture in students, motor sports club, IEEE Association etc.
- We have a national tech fest held every year called the Pleiades.
- Life in college is fun with learning.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admissions are taken in accordance with ranking in CET, COMED-K entrance exams. I got admitted to my college through CET. I joined EC department which was one of the top branches of my college. You need a CET ranking of at least less than 6000 to get it.
