  • A limited number of an internship is provided by Bharati Vidyapeeths College of Engineering training and placement cell (TnP).
  • I didn't get an internship from college but it's mandatory to work as an intern for a period of 6 weeks for the attainment of the degree. So, I went to Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited and wasn't paid any stipend but the company value added weight to my resume.
  • Numerous number of IT companies come for hiring and average package is Rs. 3-4 lakh per annum.
  • Seniors are very helpful and alumni network is active but not efficient.

  • There are a number of societies from technical to dramatics at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, every sport is played and equipment provided being dumbells to Table Tennis.
  • IEEE fervor is the annual festival which is organized but there are other societies like ISTE, ACM, NSS having their separate grand festival as well, but all these festivals are generally technical but also provide a stage for drama and music as well.
  • There is also a Bi-Annual cultural festival Xtasy which is also very popular.
  • The overall experience is positive, college is good only for IT placements but provides numerous opportunities for research.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY: Classes are held regularly and the time table is adhered. Professors are easily available outside classes. Proper attention is paid to curriculum. Tests are frequently held.
FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP: Economically weaker students can avail scholarships.
PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK: Decent internships and jobs are offered by the companies that visit the college. Almost all the students get hired. Alumni network is also good.

HOSTELS & FOOD: Only girls hostel inside the campus. Off campus housing options are also available. Food quality provided in college is satisfactory.

  • Bhartium is the technical cultural fest of Bharati Vidyapeeth\'s College of Engineering usually held in the 2nd week of March and it is a huge event.
  • Another major event is the Abhijeet Kadam memorial football match, where can one expect to find celebrities which grace the campus for a passion of the game.

  • The teaching is fairly okay.
  • English communication is not that great.
  • Very helpful faculty, though if you have interest they will help.
  • TCS takes the majority of the students. Other companies include IBM, Mercedes, Patni.
  • The Indian Army also picks up a handful of students. On an average 65% of eligible students with average marks, more than 55% get placed through campus placements.
  • The average salary offered by companies to placed students is around Rs. 3.2 Lakhs per anum.
  • The campus of BVDU is huge and hosts many other colleges.
  • The 4-floor library with elevators and a dedicated internet room is enormous. Labs are also well equipped and internet facility is available in labs.
