CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS:

In Indira Gandhi College of Engineering there is not any annual function it is very hard to find the freshers party and after the strikes of the student the Tech fest has been started from the since last year in the college

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION:

The hostels classrooms and infrastructure of the college is not so good it is very dirty the water not came properly every time and it does not have any surety that the water coming is pure and in the hostel the food is supplied to the students very late because of this phenomenon the students got late for the classes

ACADEMICS & FACULTY:

The faculty provided by the college for teaching the students are good but the classrooms had not well maintained and also the Laboratories are not well maintained all the Machines do not work properly that\'s why the students up to face some problems and the daily routine or the daily timing of the college is very lengthy it is from 10:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the evening in this...

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS:

Students are very good there. Every year last year students organise the techfest. And freshers and farewell party are also organised in the famous hostels. There are 51 sports programmes that are organised by our college. Life in college is good.

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION:

There are two government hostels, one for boys and one for girls. INR 500 rupees per month for hostel and 1500 rupees for the mess. There are so many private hostels too. Raghu hostel is famous among private hostels. And PGs are also available there at lesser prices. There is no canteen in college. Classrooms are good and labs are good but the equipment does not work properly. Library facilities are also available. 3 WiFi connections are available in college.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY:

College timing is from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. Students write their assignments and especially the EC students have to write many assignments. Students of the 3rd year have to make their projects. Exams are conducted semes...

PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK:

There are no placements in Indira Gandhi Engineering College,(IGEC).

Wipro selected 10 students last year that too in pool campus placements with IIITDM JABALPUR and offered an average salary package of INR 3.3 LPA.

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION:

There are 2 hostels in IGEC campus, one  is for girls and other one is for boys. Hostel fee is very minimal. Students can also get PG very easily.

There is no canteen but hostel food is good.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND ADMISSION PROCESS:

For admission in Indira Gandhi Engineering College, [IGEC] MPPET exam was must and cut off for my course was 108 marks out off 200 but now students can get admission through AIEEE ranking also.
