- If you want to be placed in top MNCs PSIT College of Engineering is the best institute.
- As every year Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and other such companies come for campus recruitment and the average salary is around Rs. 3.5 lakh PA.
- Last year around 90% of the students eligible was placed.
- Alumni networks are good as seniors are working in good MNCs.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- For every year there is a separate hostel for both girls and boys in PSIT College of Engineering.
- The fees for NON-Ac hostel is Rs. 70,000 every year and for AC hostel it is Rs. 84,000 per year.
- PSIT College of Engineering provides the best hostel facilities among several colleges affiliated to AKTU.
- PGs are available near the campus.
- The food is ok.

- The eligibility criteria to join PSIT College of Engineering is having a 60% in PCM in XII and clearing the UPSEE exam.

Placements & Internships : This year with the placements of 2019 batch PSIT Kanpur became the highest placement providing institute affiliated to AKTU. The highest package being 26 LPA, the lowest package 2.4 LPA and the average package is 3.6 LPA. The major recruiting companies on campus were Infosys, Capgemini and WIPRO, while TCS remained the major off-campus mass recruiter. The placement of the CS department remained on the top with most of the students getting 2 offer letters.
