- As heard from seniors VIT University has nearly 100% Placement in CS and IT Branch.
- For placements in other branches, you have to be in the Toppers List.
- Many companies visit the college for placement.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- VIT University has Enough Space for All the Students to Accommodate. No AC in Classrooms, Wifi Available in hostel Extremely Slow.
- But Hostels are Cheap as Compared to Colleges of North Indian. Being North Indian you will Miss Food a lot, but as compared to other College's quality of food is good.
- Classrooms are not so good but labs are really good it has all kind of things you want. Library is one of the best places in Vit.
- Food is really cheap
- The campus is Really Big.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Vit have a Separate Entrance exam Called VITEEE -Vit Engineering Entrance Exam.
- Minimum 60% in PCM is required to get admission.
- The seats are allocated based on fee category.

- Best Thing About VIT is flexible class timings and teachers.
- The quality of Teaching is Good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is passing 12th with good marks atleast around 85%. Apply for VITEEE (which is entrance exam to get into college) and give the exam. It has maths, physics, chemistry, english and logical questions. Try to get good rank in the exam. The cutoff for cse is very high. But you can get a seat even with rank around 25k with 5th category.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The entrance was relatively easy compared to JEE Main. The questions were quick to solve and direct. The examination type was online.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To be eligible you should have passed class 12th or in 12th. You need to take VITEEE exam. Rank cutoffs for CSE are around 4000.
