Placements and Internships
- We have a 6 months internship program but we won't be receiving any stipend.
- The average salary is around Rs.1,80,000. The highest was around Rs.2,40,000.
- Only around 50% of the students get placed.
- The alumni network is an association of graduates and former students. I am very happy to be a part of this association.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are 2 hostels for paramedical students.
- The fees come around Rs.6,000 only.
- PG facilities are available for around Rs.5,000 - 7,000 only.
- The food available at the canteen was nice. The price of a meal starts with Rs.30 only.
- The quality of classrooms, labs, and library are good.
- Wifi facilities are not available to students.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria for the course at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre was based on my higher secondary marks.
- There are no specific entrance exams or cutoffs for my course.
Academics and Faculty
- The daily routine starts from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
- We receive the best quality and every lecturer is good in teaching.
- I really enjoyed my whole college life, but postings are a bit tough.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee is about Rs.50,000 only.
- There are no specific scholarships available.
- Loans for students with low income is available. We have to select a particular bank of our preference and then later the process will be done.
Clubs and Associations
- There are no specific societies or clubs at VIMSARC.
- The college life was really good. I am enjoying each and every moment at my college.
