There are no entrance exams as off now. Students are selected on the basis of their 12th standard marks. Students have to fill a centralized admission form for Delhi University, where they can select the colleges they want. The form comes out around mid-May every year and the first cut-off is declared during the mid-June.
The cut-off of Zoology is around 92-95% for the general.
The admission process is simple. You just need to visit the college on the day of the announcement of cut-off. Visit the required department and fill out a form.
