Placements and Internships
- Not many companies come for Internship at Campus as most of the students get internships themselves at their native places. The majority of the companies for the Internship are from South only.
- The placement for Finance is better as compared to Marketing students in terms of the package. Average salary package at IBS Hyd is Rs.5.5 - 6 lakhs.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are 4 hostel blocks. 2 for girls and 2 for boys. There is no facility as such outside college as the college is on the outskirts of the city. The campus has 2 mess.
- The food quality is good. The infrastructure is quite good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The entrance exam for this college is CAT
- The eligibility criteria are 12th pass.
Academics and Faculty
- The faculty is not that good except for few professors who are exceptionally good.
- The majority learning and exposure come from an extra curricular activity. The clubs and cells are the backbones of IBS Hyderabad.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee is bit high at around Rs.15lakhs.
- Many students take the loan as the fee is high.
- The scholarships are provided only to batch topper.
Clubs and Associations
- The student cells and clubs drive the IBS Hyderabad. Everything in the campus is managed by the students. Faculties hardly intervene. The major fest is Trishna which is the annual fest of IBS Hyderabad.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For the admissions in the MBA Course, I have given two examinations. One was CAT, in which I have scored 72%. Another one was MAT in which I have scored 83% and both of my results were accepted by the college, and I got admission and then I am right now in the 1st year of the course which is coming to an end and then I will go to the 2nd year.
