- A lot of companies come for placements in DTU. Almost all the companies which come to IIT Delhi come for recruitment in DTU in addition to that there are some companies those recruit exclusively in DTU. The college has almost 100% placement record for several years,most of these companies recruit intern also during the placements.
- Highest salary: 1.2 crore/P.A.(Google USA)-IT(salary converted to rupees, actual salary in USD)
- Lowest salary: 3.75 L.P.A.(TCS)
- Top recruiters:Google,Amazon,Microsoft, Infosys, Walmart, Epic, Morgan Stanley and lots more- Software

Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Delhi Technological University ranks among the best engineering colleges in India including the IIT's. For getting into DTU ,one needs to appear for the JEE Mains exam. There is a joint counseling for NSIT,DTU,IGDTU,IIITD (JAC). 85% seats are reserved for Delhi students (should have passed 11, 12 exams from a Delhi school).ECE is one of the most preferred branches among B.Tech aspirants as it is an evergreen branch with lots of jobs and career opportunities. For getting a seat in DTU (ECE) the cutoff rank varies(9,000-12,000 for Delhi students), (4,000-6,000 for non-Delhi students).
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee is INR 1,50,000 per year, although there several scholarship schemes for Backward class, economically weak students.Also , Top two students of each branch get a cash prize every year. Being in a top tier college you easily get loans from banks without any security, also you could apply for a number of scholarships through the reference of your professors.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : DTU take students from the exam named JEE MAIN(Joint entrance exam). There are different eligibility criteria for this exam depending upon your cast. But you must have to clear your 12th Board to get the admission. There is the different cutoff for the different cast.
