Academics and Faculty

5

  • Class timings change from year to year. In my first year, timings were from 8:30 to 1:45 with a break in between from 11-12:15 and in the second year the timings were from 10:00-2:30 with no break. The teacher will give you assignments and projects and will give you dead limits. For every subject, there are 30 marks(20+10) for internal assessment, 20 for practical and assignment and 10 for the test and rest of the 70 marks are for external theory exam. Teachers are well qualified and they will teach you well in very interesting manner. They will interact with each of the students as they could and will try to answer your question and will try to satisfy your queries.

Fees and Scholarships

4.5

  • Fees of a student are around INR 6000 rupees per annum.
  • There are no such scholarships available as the cost of fees is too less. But the students who secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions are rewarded with a cheque for which the amount varies.

Clubs and Associations

5

  • There are many student societies, Western dance society, western and Indian music societies, art society, drama society, sports society. There are several spaces for such activities. For sports, there is a tennis court, basketball court, table tennis court, a huge cricket ground. Drama stage. Evry society has its own fest. Like economic society will organise its own fest. Political science society will organise its own. Dance society will organise its own. When I was in college it seems that every day there is some kind of fest going on in college every time. That's something special about our college. Both NCC and NDA are available in our college. There is also a grand college fest in which many celebrities come to perform like Arijit Singh, Honey Singh etc.
