Placements and Internships
- I had done an internship in datapro but I didn't get any type of stipend.
- IT companies like INFOSYS, TCS, TECH Mahindra etc.,are coming for hiring from our campus.
- The average salary figure is Rs 3.25 lacs per annum, The highest salary figure is Rs 5 lacs per annum and 50% percentage of a batch is getting placed.
- I don't have any idea about Alumni network at Raghu Engineering College, [REC] Vishakhapatnam.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The college is having only one hostel. I don't have any idea about hostel because I am not staying in the hostel.
- The hostel fee is Rs 5000 at Raghu Engineering College, [REC] Vishakhapatnam.
- No other options available other than engineering.
- I don't have any idea about food in our college.
- The quality of classrooms, labs, libraries is very good.
- We don't have wifi in our college.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- To get eligibility for my course, first of all, the student should qualify either ECET or EAMCET after completing diploma or inter course respectively.
- After getting qualified he/she has to go for web counselling depending on their rank in either ECET or EAMCET entrance examination.
- I had taken ECET examination.
- Typical cutoffs for my course is 50 out of 200.
Academics and Faculty
- My daily routine : Starting at 6.45am from home. I use govt affiliated bus for travelling to my college.
- The college starts at 8.30am. At 12.00am lunch time.
- We have fours classes from 8.30am to 12.00pm. Again classes start at 12.30pm & ends at 3.30pm. I will reach home at 7.00pm because of traffic.
- Excellent teaching & they had excellent knowledge and try to share knowledge with us.
- Professors had a good knowledge about what they are teaching.
- The overall experience is good at Raghu Engineering College, [REC] Vishakhapatnam.
Fees and Scholarships
- Rs.65000 is my course fees per year at Raghu Engineering College, [REC] Vishakhapatnam.
- The government is providing scholarship through an online website called Epass.
- 60% of the students get a scholarship.
- Yes, but the procedure to avail loans is too difficult.
Clubs and Associations
- No student societies,clubs and associations are there in our college.
- The college conducts cricket tournaments between nearby colleges.
- Only fresher day will be held every year.
- No more festival functions in our college.
- According to education college life is good at Raghu Engineering College, [REC] Vishakhapatnam.
